The Shipley's choice subdivision is located just East of Route 97 in Millersville, Maryland. It sits just on the border of Severna Park to the East, Crofton to the South, Glen Burnie and Pasadena to the North, and Odenton/Severn to the West. The community has its own Elementary school Centrally located between Baltimore, Washington D.C, and Annapolis it is approximately 20-25 minutes to commute when traffic is normal.
The community is made up of various styles of homes to choose from as there were a few different builders that developed the community Starting in the 1980's. They also range in size depending on the style. Some of the homes are as small as 1800 square feet up to over 4000. the community is served by more than one homeowner's association depending on where you live in the neighborhood.Recreation and Parks:
The community also has its own private pool and tennis club that is currently on a wait list for membership. The original owners can convey the bond with the sale of their home which is a great way to bypass the waitlist. With convenient access to Baltimore or Washington DC the community is a great place to live. There is plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby. Do you like to exercise or play sports? Kinder farm park is also within walking/biking distance from a majority of the the community.
