The Chartwell subdivision is located just East of Route 97 in Severna Park, Maryland.  Centrally located between Baltimore, Washington D.C, and Annapolis it is approximately 20-30 minutes to commute when traffic is normal.  It borders East-West Highway to the north, Jumpers hole road to the east, and Benfield Blvd to the south.

  The community is made up of various styles of homes to choose from.  There are colonials, split levels, cape cods, and ranchers to name a few. Homes have been  built in the community from the 1950's all the way up to the 1990's.   In the last two years the homes have sold from $459,000 to $650,000.

Recreation and Parks:
The community also has its own Golf and Country Club located within the Chartwell Subdivision.  With convenient access to Baltimore or Washington DC the community is a great place to live.  There is plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby.  Do you like to exercise or play sports?  Kinder farm park is also within walking/biking distance from a majority of the the community.
